The challenge:
Virgin Media Business needed to build its brand with UK large enterprise and public sector organisations, pivoting from its heritage of SME focus. We conducted market research, including customer and stakeholder analysis, and worked closely with senior decision-makers across the business, to create and implement a new brand strategy, market positioning and narrative: Revolutionise the Everyday. We have delivered our digital transformation narrative to market through owned channel content, insight-led thought leadership, and a constant drumbeat of industry press, profiling senior directors and promoting Virgin’s technology solutions

What we did:
Brand strategy, competitor and market analysis, narrative development, communications strategy, media relations, thought leadership programme, content strategy and development, creative production: copywriting and design, social media content.

The results:
We conducted extensive media, customer, and marketing audits to help Virgin Media business change their brand.

  • Over 100 pieces of earned media coverage in both national and trade press that helped lay the foundations for the rebrand
